We are a faith-based Direct Primary Care practice committed to providing compassionate, Christ-centered care for individuals and families. For your convenience, we offer both in-person and telemedicine services to meet your healthcare needs. Our services include primary care, comprehensive women's and men's health exams, medically assisted weight loss, IV hydration therapy, medication management, hormone and menopause care, and more. Whatever your healthcare needs may be, our team is here to provide compassionate, personalized care and support you on your journey to better health.
