FOUNDER AND OWNER
Emma Shupp, FNP-C
Emma Shupp, FNP, graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing from TTU in 2019. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she answered the call to care for patients in NYC and McAllen, TX, working in COVID-19 ICUs. With over 3.5 years of experience in rural health, Emma has also worked in critical care, psychiatry, long-term critical care, and public health. Fluent in Spanish, she is passionate about family medicine and building relationships with her patients and their communities. Emma founded LiveWell Family Medicine to provide compassionate, personalized care in a welcoming environment, with a dedicated team focused on helping patients LiveWell. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her husband, Justin, their two kids, Nicolas and Bela, and their labradoodle, Milo.
NURSE
Jaidyn Huggins, LPN
Jaidyn is a dedicated nurse with nearly 11 years of healthcare experience, including specialized training in Dementia and Alzheimer's care. She has worked in various healthcare settings, such as long-term care, skilled care, psychiatric hospitals, and special needs pediatrics. Jaidyn sees caring for people as her calling, and she takes pride in celebrating even the smallest victories with her patients. Adopting a holistic approach, she focuses on the whole person, working with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family, especially spoiling her beloved nephews, Atticus and Elias. Jaidyn also loves the outdoors and stays actively involved in her church.
NURSE ASSISTANT
Candice Culling, CNA
Candice brings over 14 years of diverse medical experience to the LiveWell Family Medicine team, with a background spanning emergency medicine, dialysis, long-term care, urgent care, and clinical settings. As a member of the nursing staff, she assists with patient infusions, injections, and other essential nursing needs, always aiming to provide compassionate, holistic care. With credentials as an advanced EMT and LPN training, Candice combines medical expertise with a deep commitment to empathy and personalized patient interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with her children, cheering on her favorite sports teams, being involved in her church, and baking.
RECEPTIONIST
Emily Allen
Emily is dedicated to providing exceptional care to every patient. With over 10 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA), she is also passionate about helping others live their healthiest lives. After transitioning from dental care to focus on her family, she worked part-time as a teacher’s assistant. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brandon, and their two children, Crue and Eva. As a breast cancer survivor, her story is a testament to the goodness and faithfulness of God!
RECEPTIONIST
Amanda Burron
Amanda brings over 17 years of customer service experience to her role as a receptionist at LiveWell. While new to the medical field, she is excited to help patients feel welcome and ensure a smooth clinic experience. Amanda is passionate about working with the public and finds great purpose in assisting those in need. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their three dogs, loves the beach, and enjoys cooking with her family and walking.
