How do I schedule an appointment?

To schedule an appointment, you can call, text, or email us—or simply walk in! We’re always excited to welcome new faces through our doors!

Do you accept my insurance?

We are proud to be in-network with a variety of insurance providers, including Aetna, Medicaid, Cigna, Medicare, Medicare RR, AmeriGroup (WellPoint), United Healthcare (UHC), Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Ambetter of Tennessee, Health Spring, WellCare, and Humana (Currently Pending Meridian and Health Springs). If you do not see your insurance provider listed or have any questions about your coverage, please contact our office. Our team is happy to assist you in understanding your benefits and ensuring a smooth experience with your healthcare.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring a copy of your insurance card and ID. For those receiving IV hydration or massage therapy, we encourage you to wear a comfortable outfit to help ensure you have the best experience possible!

How do I request a prescription refill?

We offer multiple convenient ways to request refills, including our state-of-the-art kiosk, patient portal, texting, or a quick call. If you prefer an in-person visit, feel free to stop by our office anytime. Please allow up to 48 hours for all refills to be processed.

What should I do if I need medical attention after hours?

If you need to reach a provider after hours, please call our office and follow the prompts to connect with Emma. For any life-threatening emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

What is your cancelation policy?

Cancellations for all medical office visits made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $25 fee. For weight loss, men's health, women's health, and IV hydration appointments, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 fee.

Do you offer telemedicine appointments?

Yes, our office is happy to offer telemedicine if able. Please call our office to ensure that telehealth visit is appropriate for the current need.
